This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Personal data collected through the website is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact, demo, or quote requests submitted via forms
- Evaluating potential business collaboration and service proposals
- Analyzing site traffic and user behavior via Google Analytics to improve our services
- Fulfilling legal obligations
3. Personal Data Processed
- Identity data: First name, last name
- Contact data: E-mail address, phone number
- Communication data: Message content, subject
- Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration (via cookies)
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed on the following legal bases defined in Article 5 of KVKK:
- Art. 5/2(c): Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract being necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract — for responding to contact/quote requests.
- Art. 5/2(f): Processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed — for analytics and service improvement.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Analytics data (IP address, usage data) is transferred to Google LLC servers located in the United States via Google Analytics 4. This transfer is based on Article 9 of KVKK and the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). Form data is not transferred to third parties.
6. Data Retention Periods
- Contact/demo form data: 3 years from the date of submission
- Analytics data: Retained on Google’s servers per Google’s retention policy (default 26 months)
7. Rights of Data Subjects
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects have the following rights:
- To learn whether personal data is processed
- To request information if personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request rectification if personal data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data
- To request notification of the operations carried out to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
- To object to any result that is unfavorable to the data subject arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data
8. How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit your requests under Article 11 of KVKK to us via e-mail at kvkk@intelligence.com.tr. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
